Innovation and Science Promotion Foundation (ISPF) is a non-profit trust registered in India. Our governance framework is built to earn and keep the trust of the children, schools, governments, donors, and CSR partners we work with, through clear oversight, prudent use of funds, and transparent reporting.

Board & trustee oversight

ISPF is governed by a Board of Trustees that sets our strategy, approves budgets, and holds the executive team accountable for delivery and the responsible use of funds. The Board meets regularly to review programme progress, finances, risk, and compliance. Day-to-day operations are led by the executive team within policies and delegations approved by the Board.

Financial accountability

Our accounts are maintained to recognised standards and are independently audited each financial year. We prioritise spending on programmes that put real experiments, trained teachers, and structured learning in front of children, while keeping administrative and fundraising costs lean. We report on fund utilisation in our annual reports and audited financial statements, published below.
