• Donations — your name, email address, donation amount, and, where you choose to claim a tax exemption, billing details. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay); ISPF does not store your full card or banking information.
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and analytics (see below).

• To respond to enquiries, partnership requests, and volunteer or mentor interest.
• To process donations, issue receipts, and provide 80G tax-exemption certificates where applicable.
• To send programme updates, impact reports, and newsletters where you have opted in.

• To comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations applicable to Indian non-profits.
